Patricia van der Vliet started her career studying Hospitality Management at the university of Amsterdam when she was discovered as a model.
Having previously worked at a the Dutch fashion magazine Grazia for who she wrote beauty articles, conducted interviews with celebrities and assisted at photoshoots whilst casting talent for The Dutch Casting agency she had already acquired quite the fashion knowledge..
Her career took off with a bang doing campaigns for H&M, Balenziaga and Prada, walking the runway for Givenchy, Louis Vuitton, Valentino (amongst others) and being featured in many editorials & covers for Vogue, Harpers Bazaar to name a few. She decided it was time to make the change to work part-time as a PR for Nadine Johnson luxury PR New York City along side modeling. Having observed all the angles of the fashion industry and having made many useful contacts, her background proved to be the perfect pedestal for this.
At Nadine Johnson she managed and executed many high profile events such as The Tribeca Film Festival, the Met Gala and private dinners for Chanel successfully by orchestrating production, staffing, media outreach and implementation while maintaining a cohesive brand image.
